Analytical Techniques for Semiconductor Research & Failure Analysis Workshop
This workshop will introduce researchers and technicians to a range of analytical techniques used to characterize and troubleshoot issues that can arise during semiconductor processing and manufacturing. A basic understanding of chemistry and physics is recommended. Lunch will be provided.
