Setup an Agreement & Complete Training
All users must have an agreement in place before any work is done in our facility. This will be completed through our Lab Management System, Mendix. If you'd like to use our instruments independently, you must also complete training.
Agreement Instructions for Internal Users
- Go to Mendix.
- Login with your unity ID with your NC State credentials.
- Scroll down and click “Request New Agreement.
- Select AIF under facility.
- Only enter the last name of the PI or business officer and click search.
- If needed, enter any comments.
- Highlight the name and click send agreement request.
Agreement Instructions for External Users
- Email Anna Lumpkin at arlumpkin@ncsu.edu for an agreement. Let her know if you would like to access the lab(s) independently or have a lab manager perform the work for you.
Training
If you would like to use the lab independently, complete the AIF Safety Training in REPORTER.
* For External Users
- Click “Create New Account” and enter your email address. Note that this must be the email address you list on your agreement.
- Once your profile is created, go back to REPORTER and login (use the gray Brickyard Login button).
If you’d like to use our XRDs, XRF, or Xradia CT labs, register as a radiation worker here and then complete the Analytical X-ray Safety course.
